The company was established in Şanlıurfa to achieve the different engineering projects with an institutional approach in 1990 by survey engineer Mr..İbrahim Halil Çimen who was working as mapping and construction contractor since 1982. In the year 1997 main office moved to  ANKARA. From the beginning of the establishment of the company lots of projects completed successfully in different sectors and subjects. Company production standards that were used during the project implementation have been used as the contractor specifications and standards.

The company has been rapidly growing day by day since its establishment in the subject of finalized projects, technical and administrative structure, construction vehicles, hardware, software, wide range working areas and financial indicators.

Along this growing, the multi departmental structure of the company has been swapped to the different dedicated companies according to the main working areas by shareholding of the key workers in order to establish a well-organized companies group.
